Mike C. Manoloff P.C. was established to provide a comprehensive range of accounting, payroll services, tax planning and preparation and advisory services for small businesses and individuals in Houston and the Gulf Coast Region.

To meet the needs of our clients, we provide accounting, payroll services, entity formation structuring, tax and consulting services for small to mid size companies and individuals and we have individualized services for clients industries that range from contractors, wholesalers, retailers, construction, health care services, restaurants, franchised operations and other service oriented businesses. These individualized services have enabled us to address their industry specific challenges, compliance needs, working capital issues and standard tax practices.

We approach each client relationship as if we were business partners in their small business. We take the time to know and understand the business and individual financial issues so that we may deliver personalized service that is deserved and expected. Utilizing a hands on approach to client service and our creativity and experience, we are able to advise clients and provide recommendations to current changes and the concerns that might arise before they become problems. That is why we stay involved with our clients and their businesses throughout the year.

Mike Manoloff has over fifteen years of experience providing business advisory services to small businesses and individuals. Mike earned a BS in Accounting at Indiana University, and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), Texas Society of CPA's (TSCPA) and has worked for both large international accounting firms as well as large local firms to bring valued added services to the table for small businesses.
